LearnWorlds Pricing 2026: Plans, Enrollment Fees and Costs
LearnWorlds costs $29 Starter, $99 Pro Trainer and $299 Learning Center monthly. Compare annual rates, $5 Starter enrollment fees, trial and add-ons.

LearnWorlds currently has three public self-serve plans plus Corporate: Starter at $29 per month or $24 per month billed annually, Pro Trainer at $99/$79, Learning Center at $299/$249, and Corporate at custom pricing. The headline subscription is only part of the economics. Starter charges $5 per paid enrollment, while Pro Trainer and higher remove that fee. LearnWorlds also sells add-ons and optional services such as a branded mobile app, extra AI/email capacity, course syncing and migration assistance. For most established course businesses, Pro Trainer is the practical baseline because a relatively small number of paid enrollments can make Starter more expensive than its $29 headline price suggests.

| Corporate | Custom | Custom | Custom | None | Custom admins/client groups/AI, 99.95% uptime, premium servers, flexible invoicing, dedicated success |
Starter: $29 monthly or $24 billed annually
Starter targets new course sellers. It currently includes up to 1,000 monthly active learners, one admin, 300 AI credits per month, unlimited paid courses, unlimited video hosting, community features, a custom domain connection, Stripe/PayPal selling, live one-to-one and group sessions and 24/5 email support.
The major cost is the $5 paid-enrollment fee. It is charged on each paid enrollment in addition to the LearnWorlds subscription and payment-processor fees.
That fee changes the plan math quickly. Ten paid enrollments in a month add $50, making Starter's effective LearnWorlds cost $79 before payment processing. Fifteen paid enrollments add $75, producing $104—already above Pro Trainer's $99 monthly list price.
Starter is therefore best for testing and low-volume course sales rather than a business expecting consistent paid enrollments.
Pro Trainer: $99 monthly or $79 billed annually
Pro Trainer removes LearnWorlds enrollment fees. It supports 2,000 monthly active learners, five admins and 500 AI credits per month.
It also unlocks several features that define a serious course business: subscriptions, memberships, payment plans, unlimited courses and learning paths, certificates, up to 20 SCORM uploads and more than 50 built-in integrations.
Annual billing at $79 per month equivalent is $948 for the year versus $1,188 across twelve monthly payments, matching LearnWorlds' current stated $240 annual saving.
For many businesses, Pro Trainer is not merely a feature upgrade—it can be cheaper than Starter once paid-enrollment volume rises.
Learning Center: $299 monthly or $249 billed annually
Learning Center is the academy and training-team tier. It supports 2,000 monthly active learners, 25 admins and 1,000 monthly AI credits.
The plan adds full white-labeling, unlimited SCORM/HTML5, automation, scheduled reporting, more advanced interactive learning and up to ten client groups. The current pricing page also includes two hours of setup help with a specialist.
Annual billing at $249 equivalent totals $2,988 for the year versus $3,588 across twelve monthly payments, a $600 annual difference.
Learning Center is the natural fit when the buyer is running a branded academy, customer-education function or B2B training service rather than a simple creator school.
Corporate: custom pricing
Corporate pricing is negotiated. The current plan includes custom monthly active learners, administrators, client groups and AI credits.
It also raises the uptime commitment to 99.95% on premium servers, includes daily backups, optional service-level/data-processing agreements, flexible invoicing, higher learning-activity limits, a dedicated success manager and 24/7 phone support.
LearnWorlds does not publish a universal Corporate price, so Toollers does not invent one.
30-day free trial
LearnWorlds provides a 30-day trial before activating a subscription. Current Terms explicitly define a 30-day Trial Period.
The current cancellation documentation says trial schools do not require a payment method. If a paid plan is not activated after trial expiry, the trial school is scheduled for deletion.
That makes the trial particularly useful for testing course imports and reporting without creating an immediate billing obligation.
No permanent free plan
LearnWorlds does not currently offer a permanent free tier. A buyer can test the product for 30 days, then must move onto Starter, Pro Trainer, Learning Center or Corporate to keep the academy active.
Creators who need a permanent $0 plan should compare products such as Systeme.io. The tradeoff is that those products do not provide the same LMS/SCORM/B2B training depth.
Starter enrollment-fee economics
The $5 paid-enrollment fee is the most important hidden-looking cost even though LearnWorlds publishes it clearly. It is charged by enrollment, not by unique customer lifetime value.
At 20 paid enrollments per month, Starter adds $100 in fees, making the platform cost $129 before payment processing. At 50 paid enrollments, the fee is $250 and the platform total becomes $279.
This means Starter is not automatically the “cheap” plan for a successful low-priced course. The correct comparison is monthly subscription plus enrollment fees.
Annual billing
LearnWorlds' current pricing page advertises annual savings, showing Starter at $24, Pro Trainer at $79 and Learning Center at $249 per month equivalent.
Starter annual-equivalent subscription is $288 for twelve months, but the $5 paid-enrollment fee still applies. Pro Trainer annual is $948. Learning Center annual is $2,988.
Annual billing makes sense once the buyer has validated learner experience, reporting, payments and content migration in the 30-day trial.
Payment processing costs
LearnWorlds integrates with Stripe and PayPal. Their transaction and payment-processing charges are separate from LearnWorlds subscription fees and the Starter enrollment fee.
A course business should therefore calculate net revenue after three layers where applicable: LearnWorlds subscription, Starter's $5 enrollment fee and payment-provider processing.
Branded mobile app
LearnWorlds offers a separate white-label mobile-app product. Current LearnWorlds 2026 material lists the app add-on at $149 per month.
Apple's Developer Program currently requires its own annual developer fee and Google Play requires a separate developer registration fee. Those are paid directly to the stores rather than LearnWorlds.
The mobile app supports branded delivery and can support in-app purchases. App-store commissions and rules should therefore be modeled separately from web checkout.
Course Sync and Scale add-ons
LearnWorlds has optional multi-school and scale capabilities. Current help documentation lists Course Sync at $149 per month for some Pro Trainer/Learning Center scenarios, supporting synchronized course/page content across schools.
The LearnWorlds Scale Package is also documented at $149 per month billed annually for eligible Learning Center schools, with higher usage limits, success guidance and discounts on selected services.
These add-ons matter primarily to training businesses running multiple academies or client environments.
AI credits
Current plans include 300 monthly AI credits on Starter, 500 on Pro Trainer and 1,000 on Learning Center, with custom amounts on Corporate.
LearnWorlds also lists extra AI capacity as an add-on in current product research. Heavy AI users should verify the current account price for additional credits because add-on prices can change more frequently than base plans.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled from Account & Billing. Current help documentation says cancellation is scheduled for the end of the active billing cycle, with access continuing through that date.
Stopping the LearnWorlds school subscription does not automatically cancel subscriptions sold by the school to learners. Those learner subscriptions must be handled separately through the relevant school/payment workflow.
Refunds
LearnWorlds' current Terms provide an extended short-term cancellation right if a subscription was purchased by mistake. Customers should contact LearnWorlds within 30 days of the subscription start.
For an unwanted annual auto-renewal, the Terms say to contact LearnWorlds within 15 days of the renewal start date.
Outside defined exceptions, cancelling an auto-renewing subscription stops future renewal but does not produce a refund for the remaining prepaid period.
True-cost scenarios
Scenario 1: Starter with five paid enrollments
Starter monthly subscription is $29 and five paid enrollments add $25. The LearnWorlds platform cost is therefore $54 before Stripe or PayPal processing.
Scenario 2: Starter with 20 paid enrollments
Twenty paid enrollments add $100. Starter becomes $129 for the month before processing—$30 more than Pro Trainer's $99 monthly subscription.
Scenario 3: Pro Trainer annual
Pro Trainer billed annually costs $948 for the year. There is no LearnWorlds enrollment fee, making it easier to forecast for a business with recurring paid course sales.
Scenario 4: Learning Center plus mobile app
Learning Center monthly at $299 plus the current $149 mobile-app add-on produces $448 per month before payment processing, app-store fees or other add-ons.
Which plan fits which buyer?
Who should use this
- Starter fits low-volume creators validating their first paid courses
- Pro Trainer fits established course businesses that need subscriptions, certificates, SCORM and broad integrations without enrollment fees
- Learning Center fits branded academies, B2B/customer training and teams that need automation, reports and client groups
- Corporate fits high-volume or multi-school operations needing custom limits, SLAs, premium infrastructure and dedicated success
Who should avoid this
- Starter is poor value once $5 enrollment fees regularly exceed the Pro Trainer price difference
- Pro Trainer is insufficient when full white-label, scheduled reports, larger admin teams or unlimited SCORM are required
- Learning Center is expensive for simple creator businesses that do not use B2B/LMS features
- Annual plans should be avoided until real content and reporting workflows are validated
Pricing pros and cons
Pros
- Monthly and annual-equivalent prices are publicly documented
- 30-day trial requires no payment method according to current help documentation
- Pro Trainer and higher remove enrollment fees
- Annual savings are clear and meaningful
- Corporate provides a transparent feature path even though price is custom
Cons
- No permanent free plan
- Starter's $5 paid-enrollment fee can make the entry tier expensive quickly
- Branded mobile app and multi-school synchronization can add substantial cost
- Payment processor fees remain separate
- Advanced B2B, API/SSO and reporting capabilities require higher tiers
