About Zight
Zight is a screen recorder and visual communication platform formerly known as CloudApp. It gives a team a way to replace long written explanations with short screen videos, annotated screenshots and animated GIFs, then share the result through a link. Its desktop and browser applications also support visual support workflows such as requesting a recording from a customer to reproduce an issue, annotating a feature request and generating an AI step-by-step guide from a captured workflow. Zight is aimed at product managers, software support and customer success staff, sales enablement teams, remote colleagues and individuals who often need to explain a process without scheduling a call.
