Adobe Acrobat Sign
Enterprise eSignature, signer authentication and agreement integration, distinct from basic eSign in Acrobat PDF subscriptions.
Enterprise authentication, audit, templates, workflow automation and regulated-use options are broad, subject to a product-specific contract.
Familiar Acrobat document concepts reduce learning but enterprise permissions, connectors and approvals require configuration.
Enterprise Sign Solutions lacks a universal self-service posted rate and usage-based transaction commitments need negotiation.
Adobe documents enterprise business connectors and specialized controls, although Toollers performed no independent security verification.

About Adobe Acrobat Sign
Adobe Acrobat Sign is Adobe’s electronic signature service for organizations that want to send agreements, route documents for approvals and signatures, track activity and keep audit information for completed transactions. Adobe offers several products that share the Acrobat name but do not have identical entitlements. Acrobat Standard for teams and Acrobat Pro for teams combine PDF editing, conversion and some electronic signature functionality in self-service subscriptions. Adobe Acrobat Sign Solutions, the higher-assurance enterprise offering, adds deeper integration with other business systems, advanced signer authentication, specialized compliance features and agreement process automation. Adobe’s official business pricing FAQ explicitly warns that the simpler Acrobat Standard and Pro eSignature features do not provide the same compliance depth as Acrobat Sign Solutions. The standalone Sign Solutions enterprise product is sold by contacting Adobe sales; public pages do not establish one globally applicable self-service per-sender price for it. Accordingly the Toollers starting price for the enterprise product is quote-based, and a price observed for Acrobat Standard or Pro should never be represented as an Acrobat Sign Solutions price. The core workflows include preparing agreements for signature, placing signer fields, requesting signatures, reminders, mobile or browser signing, audit history, templates and organizational access controls. Enterprise implementations can use APIs and prebuilt links for Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and other supported systems. No verified public universal price for Acrobat Sign Solutions; each sent agreement can consume an enterprise billable transaction even if unsigned.
Best for
Mid-market and enterprise legal, HR, procurement and sales teams needing agreement automation, audit trails and advanced integrations within Adobe-oriented workflows.
