About Make
Make, formerly Integromat, is a visual workflow automation platform for combining actions across cloud applications and APIs. Instead of configuring only a linear trigger and response, Make lets users arrange modules as connected scenarios, including triggers, routers, filters, iterators, aggregators and data transformations. A company can collect a website lead, enrich a CRM record, create a contact, branch by region, notify a team and write events to a spreadsheet in one scenario. The visual canvas makes logic and data flow explicit, while developers can use HTTP calls, webhooks, custom apps, and code modules for workflows beyond built-in templates. Make’s published integration directory lists over 3,500 apps. Its newer AI components include an AI Toolkit, AI Agents in beta, content extraction and model connections, each with its own usage implications. Make uses credits rather than unlimited workflow executions. Its official pricing FAQ explains that most module actions consume one credit, although certain AI provider actions and code executions cost more. The Free plan includes 1,000 credits each month, two active scenarios, a 15-minute minimum schedule interval and modest file/transfer allowances. The current official USD monthly pricing page shows Core at $12, Pro at $21 and Teams at $38 at the reference 10,000-credit monthly usage tier; Enterprise is quoted. Core adds unlimited active scenarios, one-minute scheduling and Make API access. Pro adds priority execution, custom variables and searchable execution logs. Teams adds user-team roles and shared scenario templates. The required credit capacity, monthly versus annual purchase term and feature bundle can change pricing. Make’s annual subscription policy has a detail buyers should not miss: Core continues to receive monthly credit allocations even when billed annually, whereas Pro and Teams annual commitments can draw against a pool of yearly prepaid credits. This may matter for businesses with seasonal activity. The official FAQ says unused credits expire at the end of their term, and separately purchased credits are not permanently banked; paid users can upgrade, buy extra blocks or enable automatic purchasing on eligible tiers. Without credits, the vendor says scenarios stop executing and incoming webhooks may queue until execution resumes. Business users also need to account for polling frequency, iterations, error handling, data transfer, and provider API limits. HTTP integrations are flexible, but building reliable multi-branch scenarios can require more technical thinking than connecting two apps with a guided template. The platform is a strong fit for teams that care about transparent data transformations, precise conditional logic, and complex multi-app operations. It is less well suited to organizations unwilling to monitor credit consumption and error queues. Make’s official help states a no-cash-refund policy for subscription changes and says customers can cancel, keeping paid access through the current billing period. This Toollers profile is based on vendor help, current plan pages and exact-product user reviews. No production scenarios, API load tests, security audits or billing accounts were used for the score.
