A current official Kartra pricing page lists Enterprise at $999 per month or $750 per month equivalent annually. The current Terms describe limits of up to 250,000 contacts, 50 domains, 50 team members and 5,000 webinar attendees.
The current Toollers research record did not previously include Enterprise as a verified structured plan. The pricing JSON therefore flags this as a reconciliation item so the live Tool record can be updated deliberately rather than silently.
Annual billing math
Kartra publishes exact annual-equivalent rates rather than one universal percentage because the savings differ by plan. Essentials drops from $59 to $52, Starter $119 to $99, Growth $229 to $189 and Professional $549 to $429.
At the current displayed equivalents, annual savings are approximately $84 on Essentials, $240 on Starter, $480 on Growth and $1,440 on Professional compared with twelve monthly payments.
Annual billing should follow a successful trial, because Kartra's cancellation/refund rules do not provide a routine prorated refund for unused months.
Free trial: 14 days or 30 days?
Kartra currently has active official pages with both offers. The main free-trial checkout we verified advertises 30 days free and says the account converts to Starter at $119 monthly afterward, with a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee after charging.
Other live Kartra campaign pages currently advertise a 14-day free trial with a credit card required for verification and no charge if cancelled during the trial.
The correct conclusion is not that one page is wrong. Kartra is running multiple offers. Buyers should save the terms of the exact signup URL they use.
Transaction fees
Current plan pages show a 5% Kartra transaction fee on Essentials and 0% Kartra transaction fees on Starter, Growth, Professional and Enterprise.
Payment processors still charge their own card or PayPal fees. “0% transaction fee” therefore means Kartra is not adding its own listed platform percentage on those plans, not that payment acceptance is free.
Contact limits and automatic upgrades
Kartra's current Terms specify 500 contacts on Essentials, 2,500 on Starter, 12,500 on Growth, 25,000 on Professional and 250,000 on Enterprise.
The Terms also say an account may be automatically upgraded when contact count exceeds the current package limit. That can create an unexpected cost jump, especially from Starter to Growth or Growth to Professional.
Database hygiene matters. Remove contacts only in a way that preserves required consent, suppression and transactional records. Do not delete records purely to avoid pricing if doing so breaks compliance or customer-service requirements.
Unlimited features and fair use
Kartra's current Terms say all packages except Essentials currently offer unlimited asset creation across several categories such as emails, bandwidth, pages, videos, products, membership sites, helpdesks and Funnel Mappers.
The same Terms preserve fair-use controls. Excessive use can lead to throttling, suspension or termination, and Kartra reserves the right to change unlimited features. Unlimited should therefore be read as generous normal-business usage rather than a commitment to serve as bulk infrastructure for unrelated high-volume services.
Email overages and other usage charges
Kartra's EULA separately says some usage categories can have monthly allotments and overage fees. A current EULA version lists an extra-email charge of $0.99 per additional 1,000 emails for usage beyond applicable package limits.
The current plan marketing pages emphasize unlimited email on Starter and above, while legal terms retain usage/fair-use controls. Buyers planning unusually high sending volume should confirm current in-app limits and overage logic before migrating.
Upgrades and downgrades
Kartra's Terms say upgrades can trigger a one-time prorated charge for the remaining days in the billing period. The higher plan then becomes the standard rate going forward.
