Baremetrics
Subscription analytics and financial forecasting platform for tracking MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, cohorts, forecasts and revenue recovery.
Baremetrics tracks 28+ subscription metrics and adds trial insights, segments, custom dashboards, benchmarks, forecasting/scenario planning, budgets, API access and optional payment-recovery/cancellation tools. It is purpose-built for subscription revenue analytics rather than general-purpose BI.
Current G2 reviews strongly favor easy setup, clear SaaS metrics, dashboards and responsive support. Capterra has only three reviews and its negative examples are from 2021, so they are treated as historical caution rather than representative current evidence.
Baremetrics publishes ARR-based monthly prices and annual equivalents plus two $129/month add-ons and custom-plan flexibility. The model is understandable, but the current pricing page presents monthly card prices and lower annual-billing prices in separate locations, and costs rise sharply as ARR and integration needs grow.
Baremetrics supports major subscription/billing sources, accounting tools, API connections, HTTPS-only access, BCrypt passwords, restricted staff access and a DPA. However, the public privacy material still references the obsolete Privacy Shield framework, and no current independent Baremetrics SOC 2/ISO certification was verified.
