Fireflies.ai
Capture meetings, produce searchable transcripts and AI summaries, and share follow-up actions with connected teams.
Meetings, transcripts, summaries, assistant, conversation intelligence, team search and CRM integrations cover broad post-call workflows.
Meeting capture and indexed notes appear accessible from public demos/reviews; no Toollers accuracy or integration test was conducted.
Free and $10 annual Pro entry are useful, but per-seat pricing and AI-credit auto-billing create cost monitoring needs.
Team integrations and Enterprise governance are documented; recording consent and untested data-handling controls remain considerations.

About Fireflies.ai
Fireflies.ai is a meeting transcription and conversation-intelligence platform for teams that want searchable records of calls and faster post-meeting follow-ups. A meeting assistant can join supported Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other conferencing sessions; eligible users can also capture audio through desktop, mobile, extension or uploaded files. The product offers multilingual transcripts, speaker-linked recordings, automated summaries, action items, AskFred questions, comments, searchable meetings and integrations with CRMs and team tools. The free tier advertises unlimited transcription subject to fair-use rules, but only limited AI summaries and 400 minutes of team storage. An account also receives 20 one-time AI credits, which are separate from basic transcription and summaries. Pro removes summary limits and adds transcript downloads, recording video, AI assistants, tasks and integrations; storage is listed at 8,000 minutes per seat. Business adds unlimited storage, conversation intelligence, multi-language mode, team analytics and administration. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, a rules engine, audit logs, private storage, retention configuration and HIPAA-oriented controls. Published US per-seat monthly rates are $18 Pro and $29 Business, compared with annual-billing equivalents of $10 and $19; Enterprise is $39/month equivalent on annual-only billing. The pricing page's apparent 20/30/50 AI credits refer to one-time credit balances, not continuously replenished monthly allowances. This is important because advanced AI Skills, voice agents and other credit-consuming workflows are separately billed. Fireflies' October 2026 billing guide says that after a paid workspace exhausts free credits, it may automatically start a $5/month AI-credit subscription; a seven-day AI-credit trial can also convert to a paid subscription, and automatic tier upgrades can occur when usage continues. Credits are shared at workspace level, and the purchased subscription balance does not carry over. Managers should review Settings > Billing, turn off Auto-Upgrade if unsuitable, and examine whether meeting access is set to auto-join. Toollers did not transcribe actual calls or measure word error rate. Accuracy may suffer with overlapping speech, poor microphones, proper nouns and meeting interruptions; summaries can infer tasks that speakers never formally agreed. Fireflies requires an appropriate meeting-recording notice and local-law consent process before deployment. The exact G2 Fireflies.ai listing carried 4.7/5 across 756 reviews on Nov 3, 2026; Capterra's exact Fireflies review page showed 4.9/5 from 735 reviews updated Sept 29. Those independent user aggregates are not Toollers' editorial score. Trial conversion, billable seats and AI-credit auto-billing are the main commercial details to clarify.
Best for
Sales, recruiting, customer success and cross-functional teams that need recordings, searchable meeting notes, action tracking and CRM synchronization.
