Notta
Record and transcribe meetings or files, then turn discussions into summaries, action items and searchable notes.
Bot and bot-free capture, file uploads, multilingual transcription, notes, summaries and admin features cover varied meeting workflows.
Automatic meeting capture saves manual work, while setup/consent and speaker-label corrections still need attention.
Published Free/Pro/Business tiers help, but three-minute Free cap and translation/Brain add-ons reduce headline value.
Major meeting and CRM integrations plus enterprise governance are documented; actual recording permissions and data handling require buyer checks.

About Notta
Notta is a cloud transcription and AI meeting assistant for online calls, offline conversations, uploaded media and recorded interviews. It can join compatible video meetings as a bot or, on supported Windows/macOS desktop setups, capture local audio without a visible meeting bot. Web, mobile and Chrome tools provide additional recording paths. Users can see time-stamped transcripts, identify speakers, search a shared library, export notes and generate AI summaries and action items. Supported meeting sources include Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex; business integrations extend to CRM and workflow apps. Notta also markets translated transcripts and real-time multilingual features, but its paid translation add-ons are not the same as the base speech-to-text allowance. Accuracy can drop with crosstalk, noise, accented speech, overlapping speakers, proper names or low-quality microphone placement; reviewers should replay recordings for important quotes and decisions. Official September/November 2026 US pricing confirms a Free one-seat plan with 120 transcription minutes/month but a tight three-minute limit per individual conversation, plus 50 file uploads and ten AI summaries monthly. Pro has 1,800 minutes/month, five hours maximum per recording, 100 file uploads and 100 summaries; it costs $13.49 per month or $97.99 annually ($8.17 per month equivalent). Business offers unlimited transcription within its stated per-recording rules, more collaboration and administration, and 200 monthly imports and AI summaries. It costs $27.99 per user monthly or $199.99/year ($16.67 monthly equivalent), with a seven-day Business trial promoted on the pricing page. Enterprise pricing starts with custom contracts for 51 or more seats, adding SAML SSO, audit logs, governance and tailored quotas. Premium add-ons include monolingual translation ($10 monthly/$6 annual equivalent), bilingual transcription/translation ($15/$9), and Notta Brain Pro ($12.90 monthly/$93.59 yearly, carrying 8,000 AI credits/month). Those are not bundled in the basic Pro subscription. Web-plan prices can differ from Apple/Google subscriptions. After canceling a paid subscription, Notta says transcripts remain in the account but a Free user can view only the first three minutes; export valuable work before downgrading. The company's September 2026 refund help says web subscriptions are generally non-refundable and app billing follows store policies. An exact matched G2 Notta listing reported 4.2/5 from 442 reviews in October 2026; the exact Capterra profile had only one review at 4.0/5, too small for a broad conclusion. No Toollers editor tested bot attendance, transcription word error rate, bilingual accuracy, CRM sync, privacy controls or a paid subscription.
Best for
Consultants, interviewers, marketers, educators, researchers and multilingual meeting teams that need searchable transcripts and summaries across online and in-person conversations.
